10 weeks 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in the Netherlands

2 days per week class from January 9 to March 20 2022.


Yoga is for everyone and for everyone there should be a way to practice it. Yet without the right knowledge Yoga can be harmfull rather than usefull. To make the right knowledge available for everyone, even those who work or do not have the means for a financial means for a fancy retreat, Pinky More and her team organise a 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in the Netherlands on your days off.

  • Weekly 2 live classes on Saturday, Sunday and/or a weekday in coordination with the organisation
  • 6 hours per week self-practice at home
  • Including all course materials
  • Including practical and theoretical exam
  • The classes are given in Dutch and English
  • recognized RYT 200 hours certificate
  • Price of the 10 weeks course is € 1650,- per person

Content of the course

The aim of this Yoga Teacher Training Course is to learn the proper base to start your Yoga path in Life. The popularity of the Yoga Asana's leads to attempts of Yoga practicioners to do advanced postures, however the base of moving your body and muscles in the appropriate way is often forgotten. In this course you will learn and experience how to move your muscles and what happens in your body. You learn what influence your diet has on your health and your muscle growth. Furthermore you will learn about the philosophical background of Yoga and the importance of your mind in order to live a holistic balanced life.


Program

  • Introduction, sunday January 9, from 10:00 to 13:00
  • 2 days a week* live classes from 10:00 to 17:00 including sattvic lunch
  • weekly 6 hours of self-practice at home
  • Practical and theoretical exams on saturday March 19*
  • Certification day on Sunday March 20

  • *Fixed classes are on Saturday and Sunday. For those who work on a Saturday and/or Sunday, in coordination with the organisation classes can be given on weekdays.
